A handful of answers that may prove very helpful without the need to send a message through the contact form.
Sign-in problems may be caused by entering incorrect details, e.g. your e-mail address or password.

Your advertisement is added automatically once your profile is fully completed.
In the subject field, write a few words about why you have joined ROOMVITRO.
In the about me field, describe what kind of person you are, what you do, whether you have artistic talents or interests – everything that may prove key to making the opposite sex interested in your profile.
In the why I would like to have a child field, write what you feel, why you have come to ROOMVITRO rather than to a dating service.
Once you have completed all the required information, you can add photos of yourself; in the settings menu you can hide your profile from people who are not signed in.

A posted advertisement will be displayed indefinitely, or until the advertisement is removed / the account is deleted on Roomvitro.com.
Once signed in, in the settings option you will find the Privacy settings, where you can block access to your profile for people who are not signed in: Do not show my profile to people who are not signed in.
You can delete your account once signed in, by going to the settings option and pressing the Deactivate account button.
After the account is deleted, all data, contacts, messages and forum topics will be permanently removed.
Instead of deleting your profile, you can always put your account to sleep; while the account is asleep it does not appear in the search engine or in the room after signing in.

A few words about the options available on the service.
Contact with selected people is only possible once signed in; the relevant options are available under the profile photo, i.e.:
send a message,
add to favourites,
block the profile,
leave a comment (after meeting).

For your profile to appear in the search results, you must correctly fill in all the fields in the tab:

On the forum you add topics by choosing the appropriate category. A topic is visible to all users of the service as well as to people who are not signed in.
Using a range of selection criteria, you can find the people you are interested in.
